Welcome to TM Ranch.

Our little piece of heaven where we are developing sustainable farming practices to produce premium quality farm products that we are proud to share with our friends, family and community.

Meagan-and-thiago

TM Ranch began with a husband-and-wife team and a beautiful piece of land.  Brazilian born, Thiago Moraes DVM is an internationally renowned Equine Reproduction Specialist who met his wife Meagan, in Scottsdale AZ when she was working as a veterinary technician.  In 2017 they decided it was time to leave the city-life behind and pursue their dream of owning a farm. They purchased a 17-acre oasis in the foothills of Manson, Washington and quickly adapted the land and themselves to farm-life.

 

Thiago grew up on a farm in Brazil and longed for the fresh, high quality meat that he was raised on. He was also passionate about pursuing a life for his children that would help instill the qualities of hard work and dedication that he learned as a child.  Their lifelong commitment to animals made Thiago and Meagan the ideal team to raise premium quality farm animals.  They start with a unique breeding program, quality animal nutrition, sound animal husbandry and pure processing, to produce the highest quality meat, while remaining a humble local farm.  The animals at TM Ranch are all born and raised on pastures, fed local Chelan Valley grown grains, and are fed all the apples, wine grapes, brewer’s grain, walnuts and pumpkins they can consume while in season.

 

Thiago has brought his love of Spain and charcuterie back to the small town of Manson by curing all his own meats from whole hind legs to make the Spanish staple Jamon, Sobrasada Mallorquina, Coppa, Pancetta and many more Spanish inspired delicacies.  Thiago has always been highly motivated by his beloved grandfather’s words, “If you want something done right, do it yourself.”
